Using Aidyn

You must be 16 or older to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you publish and for how you conduct yourself with organisations and the people they serve.

Organisation obligations

An organisation must register with an official email address on a domain it controls, must give truthful details about its work, and must keep its registration identifiers current. Misrepresentation results in immediate removal.

Verification is not endorsement

Verification confirms that an organisation controls the mailbox and domain it claims. It is not an audit of its finances, programmes or conduct. Use your own judgement before committing time or money.

Suspension and removal

Platform administrators may suspend or delete any listing or account that fails verification, receives credible complaints, or breaches these terms.

Volunteer conduct

Volunteering often involves children, elderly people, patients and animals. Follow the safeguarding rules of the organisation you serve, and never share personal data about the people you help.

Liability

Aidyn is an introduction platform. Arrangements you make with an organisation are between you and that organisation.
